We re looking for an Accounting Reporting Analyst to work in our corporate office located in Draper, UT. As a successful candidate for this role, you will have strong analytical and problem-solving experience, be highly proficient at writing financial-related reports using SSRS or BI software such as Power BI, and have a working knowledge of GAAP and SOX requirements.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, revenue and expenses or other financial activities within our organization.

What You'll Do:

+ Work closely with the accounting and IT teams to develop reports needed to perform key processes, identify and quantify issues that impact financial data, perform financial analyses and enhance accrual and reserve methodologies
+ Make recommendations for and develop and implement reporting to improve the reporting environment for accounting
+ Assist accounting and finance team with monthly accounting entries and financial analyses
+ Conduct meetings with management team to discuss and present reporting solutions
+ Adhere to SOX controls and compliance
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
+ Bachelor s degree in Accounting / Finance / Information Systems
+ Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
+ Strong understanding of and experience working with relational databases
+ Intermediate SQL skills and SSRS or other report development tools
+ Ability to read, interpret and analyze financial statements and related reporting
+ Self-starter with strong quantitative and planning skills
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple dependencies
+ Attention to detail and an ability to understand complex, interrelated processes
+ Ability to understand user processes and challenges to build easy-to-use reporting solutions
+ Power BI experience preferred
